Texas Fresh Start will email you both eligibility tests in MS Word format so you can verify your qualifications for either Non-Disclosure (Sealing) or Expunction. Along with the tests, as a free bonus, we will pull your public records from both the Texas DPS Statewide public convictions database and the subscription-based internet information broker, PublicData.com and include those records in our email to you. Also as an added bonus with this service is a one-on-one email conversation ability with one of our senior technicians to help verify your eligibility or answer any process questions you may have.
Eligibility Service - $39.95
To provide this service, all we need are five pieces of information:
- Your full legal name (at the time of the event, if different now)
- Your date of birth
- Your email address
- The County name that your arrest happened in
- Your contact phone number (cell phone)
Once your order and payment of $39.95 is received/cleared, we will pull both your records as mentioned above, attach both eligibility tests (Non-Disclosure and Expunction) to an email with your records and send it to you. Normal turn-around time on this service is within four hours (during normal business hours) of receiving your order/payment, but may take up to the next business day depending on volume and availability.
