Eligibility Service - $39.95
To provide this service, all we need are five pieces of information:
- Your full legal name (at the time of the event, if different now)
- Your date of birth
- Your email address
- The County name that your arrest happened in
- Your contact phone number (cell phone)
Once your order and payment of $39.95 is received/cleared, we will pull both your records as mentioned above, attach both eligibility tests (Non-Disclosure and Expunction) to an email with your records and send it to you. Normal turn-around time on this service is within four hours (during normal business hours) of receiving your order/payment, but may take up to the next business day depending on volume and availability.
BUSINESS HOURS/DAYS: Our office is staffed Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. All orders will be filled in those hours/days. Orders placed over the weekend will be handled on Monday in the same order they are received.
